Everything you need to know about buying and using accounts
How fast is delivery after payment?
Your data is available in your account immediately after successful payment — usually within a few minutes. Items delivered from stock are instant; items handled manually may take a little longer, and you will be notified by email and on the order page once ready.
In what format do I receive the account?
Accounts are delivered as text credentials, typically in the form login:password:email:extra. Some products include cookies (Base64-encoded) or a 2FA key. Everything you purchased is shown on the order page and emailed to your delivery address.
Who owns the account after purchase?
The account is yours, but the original registrant may still have recovery access until you secure it. Immediately change the password and, where possible, update the linked email and enable your own two-factor authentication.
How do I pay?
Payments are made with USDT. You top up your wallet balance (TRC20), and orders are paid instantly from that balance. Each top-up has a unique amount with a small decimal tail used to identify your payment automatically on arrival.
What is the minimum top-up amount?
The minimum top-up is configured by the store (10 USDT by default). The current minimum is always shown on the wallet page before you confirm.
The download/content is not showing — what should I do?
Refresh the order page, clear your browser cache, or open the link from your delivery email. Orders remain accessible for a long period; if content is still missing, contact support with your order number.
What account types do you sell?
Common types include Softreg (freshly registered), Aged (with established history) and Boosted (with added activity). Each has different stability characteristics; the product description specifies what you are buying.
What is the difference between fresh and aged accounts?
Fresh accounts may need a warm-up period and can request verification more often. Aged accounts tolerate more activity. Either way, act gradually and human-like right after purchase to reduce the risk of restrictions.
Why is a login asking for SMS or ID verification?
This usually means the platform sees your login as suspicious — often a proxy/country or device fingerprint mismatch. Match your proxy country to the account, use a clean profile, and log in gently. See our Guidelines page for details.
How does the 2FA key work?
When an account includes a 2FA key (a 16–32 character string), paste it into an authenticator/generator to produce the current 6-digit code. Keep the key safe — it is required each time you log in.
Is there a warranty?
Functional accounts carry a warranty for a limited window (48 hours by default) from the moment of delivery. It covers accounts that were banned before purchase, had incorrect data, were missing advertised features, or where the seller changed the password.
How do replacements or refunds work?
Within the warranty window, contact support with your order number and screenshots of the issue. Verified problems are resolved with a replacement or a refund to your wallet balance. After the warranty expires we cannot replace or refund, so check accounts immediately upon receipt.
